AI agents that know when to answer, when to act and when to hand off
Brain is the AI agent layer inside QualiBot. It works across supported customer channels, understands the current conversation, retrieves approved knowledge, calls business tools and keeps human teams inside the same operating workflow.
A chatbot returns an answer. Brain moves the conversation forward.
Hidden model reasoning is never shown. Every tool call is recorded as a factual, past-tense event.
Most chatbots rely on one of two models
Brain combines natural conversation with controlled access to approved knowledge, external tools and human support.
A rigid decision tree that struggles once customers speak naturally.
A generative model that speaks naturally but was never built to safely use business systems.
Brain — natural conversation, approved knowledge, connected tools, and a human on standby.
What Brain can do
Understand intent
Brain identifies the purpose of the conversation and asks for missing information naturally — budget, timeline, location, preference, urgency, intended use, company details, support issue, preferred next step.
Search approved knowledge
FAQ knowledge generated from uploaded PDFs, crawled website pages, manually approved question-and-answer pairs, and suggested FAQs reviewed by an administrator.
Use business tools
Brain V2 can call multiple tools across a multi-step run — search inventory, retrieve accounts or orders, look up a CRM record, add a note or label.
Send connected files
MCP tools can return image or file locations. QualiBot downloads supported results and sends them as real conversation attachments.
Hand off to a human
Brain can hand the conversation to the team with a clear handoff reason. The entire conversation remains available in the same thread.
Assist agents
Copilot can support human agents with drafting and knowledge retrieval, depending on the configured Brain features.
One pass, in a fixed order
The current conversation and contact context enter the assistant. Instructions, guardrails and scenarios shape the run. Tools and knowledge are consulted before anything is sent.
Arrives on any supported channel with the current conversation and contact context attached.
Reason plus the full thread — negotiation, complaints, sensitive requests, restricted actions, or any customer who asks for a person.
One account, several operating roles
Each assistant can have its own name, description, instructions, guardrails and scenarios.
Approved answers, not unrestricted model memory
Brain is instructed to answer from approved knowledge rather than general model memory, so every response stays grounded in what your business has reviewed.
Brain can work with images sent in a live conversation when the selected model supports vision, and with audio messages once they are transcribed.
Customer PDFs become part of Brain’s approved knowledge base once an administrator uploads them, keeping every source reviewed before it reaches a conversation.
Brain versus a traditional chatbot
Every row states exactly what Brain does today.
Human control belongs inside the design
Brain should not own every decision. Its role is to handle repeatable work, gather context and prepare the next step.
Including the details
Can Brain use our own documents?
Yes. Administrators can upload PDF documents or crawl websites to generate approved FAQ knowledge.
Can Brain use live inventory or CRM data?
Yes, through an MCP connector, custom HTTP tool, API or middleware layer.
Can Brain perform write actions?
Yes, when a connector exposes the action. MCP tools can be labelled as read or write, and the connected system enforces the real permission boundary your administrators configure.
Can different assistants use different tools?
Enabled MCP and custom tools are currently available account-wide, so every Brain assistant shares the same connected toolset.
Can we use a private AI endpoint?
QualiBot supports an installation-wide OpenAI-compatible endpoint configuration. Compatibility and model behavior should be tested before production use.
Does Brain have long-term customer memory?
Brain uses the current conversation and selected contact context, while human agents can review a contact’s full conversation history in the inbox alongside it.
Give Brain one real conversation to solve
Choose a customer request that normally requires an agent, a document and another system. We will show what Brain can handle and where the human remains in control.
