QualiBot for banking and financial services

Turn every banking conversation into a secure, accountable next step

QualiBot gives banks and regulated financial institutions an omnichannel conversation layer for digital support, product discovery, service intake, complaints and routing — with controlled access to approved banking systems.

Brain answers from approved policies and product information, collects non-sensitive context, and hands sensitive conversations to an authenticated human team with full context.

Account-specific actions move to an authenticated workflow rather than an open chat.

The problem

Banking customers do not experience channels separately

A customer may start on the website, continue in mobile chat, reply by email, message on WhatsApp and finally reach a contact-center agent. When those interactions fragment, service and accountability suffer.

01

Customers repeat identity and context

Every channel starts from zero, so people re-explain themselves.

02

Teams cannot see the full journey

Service staff lack the complete history behind a request.

03

Routine inquiries consume specialists

Hours, fees and how-to questions tie up skilled capacity.

04

Complaints lose ownership

Concerns drift between channels without a clear owner or SLA.

05

Sensitive actions drift to unsafe channels

Account details risk being requested where they should not be.

06

Managers see volume, not outcomes

Message counts rise without visibility into resolution.

What QualiBot changes

One conversation layer around the bank’s existing systems

Answers from approved knowledge only

Products, published fees, current policies, reviewed FAQs and governed API results — not improvised answers.

Public and authenticated journeys stay separate

General guidance in open chat; account-specific status and actions move behind the bank’s authentication and consent.

Never asks for secrets

Customer chat never requests PINs, passwords, OTPs or card security codes.

Accountable complaints

Recognizes complaint intent, creates a case with a reference number, and routes by severity with SLA and human ownership.

Governed connectors

Reaches CRM, case management, core-banking and onboarding systems only through approved, permission-aware connectors.

Humans stay accountable

Fraud, credit, advice, vulnerable customers and high-value actions route to a person or a governed system by design.

How it works

From a customer question to an accountable resolution

Low-risk information is answered directly; controlled actions require authentication; high-risk decisions stay with a person or a governed system.

01

Public conversation

Product information, general guidance, service classification, document checklists and fraud awareness — with no sensitive data requested.

02

Secure transition

When a request needs account access, the customer moves through the bank’s authentication and consent.

03

Authenticated service

Permitted status lookups, approved actions and case creation happen through governed connectors.

04

Human ownership

Fraud, complaints, credit, advice and vulnerable-customer cases hand off to the responsible team with the full conversation intact.

05

Logged and reviewable

Knowledge sources, tool calls, consent, handoff reason and human owner are recorded for audit and review.

Banking scope

QualiBot does not replace core banking, digital banking, fraud, credit-decisioning, KYC or identity platforms. It connects approved customer conversations to those systems under the bank’s governance model. It is not a credit-decision or underwriting engine and does not provide regulated financial advice, issue a fatwa, or make a bank compliant automatically. Every deployment goes through the bank’s legal, security, risk and compliance review, and each connection is labelled by its integration type (Native, Configured, Connector, API-based, Custom, Conditional or Planned).

Part of one platform

Every conversation here uses the same Brain, omnichannel inbox and live data connections as the rest of QualiBot.

Banking and Financial Services FAQ

What to know before you start

Can QualiBot access customer accounts?

Only through a separately designed, authenticated and permission-controlled connector. Public chat should not expose account-specific information.

Can Brain execute banking transactions?

Only when an authoritative banking system exposes an approved action and the bank’s authentication, consent, authorization and risk controls permit it. High-risk or irreversible transactions should not rely on conversational AI alone.

Can QualiBot approve a loan or credit card?

No. QualiBot is not a credit-decision or underwriting engine. It can explain application stages, document requirements and published criteria, and route to the right team.

Can Brain provide financial advice?

Brain may explain approved product information and educational content. Regulated advice, suitability and investment recommendations require the bank’s approved advisory process.

Can customers report fraud?

Yes. Brain can provide immediate safety guidance, collect an approved minimum set of facts and route the customer to the bank’s official fraud process. It does not adjudicate fraud.

Does QualiBot support Islamic banking?

It can use the bank’s approved Shari’ah-compliant product content and route customers to qualified specialists. It does not independently determine Shari’ah compliance.

Can the bank self-host QualiBot?

Self-hosted deployment can be evaluated under the Enterprise offering. Infrastructure and regulatory suitability require a formal architecture review.

Does QualiBot make a bank compliant automatically?

No. QualiBot provides configurable controls that must be incorporated into the bank’s governance, legal, security, risk and compliance framework.
